You may contact us at Tel: 6240 8800 or email: StudentSUSScess@suss.edu.sg to book a confidential 1-on-1 video or voice consultation session (Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 7.00pm).

When you meet your Success Coach for the first time, he/she will try to get to know you better, understand your current situation and the challenges you are facing in your learning journey at SUSS. Future appointments will be based on the identified needs of each student.

The consultations are informal and the first one will provide you with opportunities to express the challenges you may be facing so that we can work out a plan to overcome them. However, prior to any consultation, you can also prepare any questions that you would like to discuss so that the conversation addresses all of the needs or queries you have about online learning and your personal experience in that environment.

We understand the time constraints faced by working adult students and as such, we’ll work with you to develop an individualized success plan, at your own pace. The number of meetings will vary according to nature of your needs. Some may require a single appointment, others may require more sessions. In such cases, it is recommended to meet up with your Success Coach at least bi-weekly to experience the best result.

The SUSS Success Coaching services are provided free of charge to all SUSS students enrolled in ‘V’ online courses in that semester.

Kindly note that students who do not show up or who cancel 3 or more appointments without valid reasons will not be eligible for Success Coaching for the rest of the semester. You will be referred to workshops and resources to support you throughout the remainder of the semester.

Should you feel that an exception is to be made because your no-show or cancellations were the result of special circumstances beyond your control, you may contact your Success Coach to explain the situation and s/he will review on a case-by-case basis before deciding whether the cancellation policy mentioned above should be applied. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late (virtually or in-person), Success coaches are entitled to reschedule your appointment.
