Technology Helpdesk

The Technology Help Desk is the central point of contact for all students, Faculty and Associates. It is available six days a week to answer your technology-related questions. Requests to the Help Desk can also be made via or phone or email. If the Help Desk cannot resolve a technical problem, it is handed off to the relevant site specialist for resolution based on routing rules. All escalated requests are reviewed by periodically to ensure quality service. Please see below contact to submit a help request.
